Hello there! I'm Lara Haas.
Life, parent, and relationship coach helping individuals and families realize your dreams.
My coaching practice is grounded in current research about how people attain fulfillment and make sustainable change toward holistic wellbeing. I draw on my training as a certified positive psychology coach, coupled with life experience, education, parenting, and careers in teaching and social work and am coming to you with over 25 years of experience working with families.
During the past few years, I've gained a deeper understanding for how my resilience keeps me eager and motivated to continue learning. When I perceive new obstacles, I test myself to find a way around them, to still achieve what I strive for. I’m not as afraid of failure as I was when I was younger. Instead, I work at challenges until I can see what I am capable of, then step back and mindfully accept my humanity. I seek to learn from my abilities as well as disabilities and am now able to laugh more in the process. I promise that I will encourage this same sense of humility, optimism, and humor during our time together.

"I had a light bulb moment the last time we talked...."
I have only had a couple appointments with Lara and I only have wonderful things to say about her. I've been working with her trying to understand my childhood/parents. I had a light bulb moment the last time we talked and it made me understand my past and how it correlates with my present. And it really took a weight off of me. She is kind and gentle.
