Partner with me to help your family and yourself! Learn more about parent coaching for adults and life and relationship coaching for all ages.
Life.
Find it within yourself to live your best life! Together, we'll collaborate in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and academic/professional potential. While looking into ourselves, we identify what is working well in addition to areas for improvement. This process unlocks unrecognized character strengths, untapped resources, and values that move us forward toward our dreams. Coaching services are available to all ages-youth, adolescents, and adults and can focus on any element of your life that you have a desire to change.
Parent.
Foster the confidence in your children required to accomplish their (and your) dreams! Parents wear many hats, changing as children mature. You are your child’s first and most important teacher. As youth grow, your role and impact fluctuate. While working together, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your own experiences and how these influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as a parent. You'll learn to connect with your child, improve communication, and build the understanding, trust, and respect foundational to a strong bond. We can work to integrate differing approaches to childrearing to help you and your partner move forward together with mutual hopes and goals. I can meet with you, you and a parenting partner, or any combination of adult and child. Are you a planning or expecting parent? I'd love to work with you whether you're a biological, co-parenting, blended, adoptive, or foster family.
Relationship.
Forge healthy, trusting relationships with those you love! When people think of relationship coaching, marriage and family counseling may come to mind. This is not what I offer. Instead, I invite you to think of my services in a more holistic manner. Within a family system, many different relationships exist. There is, of course, the relationship between caregivers. However, there are also relationships between parents and children, nonparental relatives and children, siblings, and other familial relations (intergenerational, blended, extended families, etc.). Even relationships with friends, acquaintances, and coworkers can affect family dynamics and functioning. With the internet’s growing influence on people of all ages, when it comes to building and nurturing great relationships that stand the test of time, things are only getting more complicated.

- Walter O., Youth Client
- Liz O., Youth Client's Parent
I have only had a couple appointments with Lara and I only have wonderful things to say about her. I've been working with her trying to understand my childhood/parents. I had a light bulb moment the last time we talked and it made me understand my past and how it correlates with my present. And it really took a weight off of me. She is kind and gentle. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.
